(a) Our Service: We may collect personally identifiable information about you for the purposes of our events, such as your full name, company name, phone number, email address, or similar, when you register for an event, send an inquiry or download the event agenda or a brochure from our Sites. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete surveys, provide feedback about our work and voluntarily exchange business cards at events. If you choose to purchase a product or service from us, we will collect your payment information. When you register, speak at, partner or sponsor an event organised by Proper, we will send you e-mail communication and newsletters if you opt-in with all the information related to the event. (b) E-newsletter: We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our e-newsletters. We collect statistics regarding email opening and clicks using MailChimp’s technologies which help us control and improve the efficiency of our e-newsletter. (c) Cookies: Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. (d) Log File Information: When you access our Sites, Log File information is automatically reported by your browser.
