Who is behind Best Stay
Martina Lucić Čanak, Event Director
Since 2022, Magic4Club, Travel PR & Branding Agency led by Martina Lucić Čanak, has taken over Best Stay after years of being a dedicated attendee.
The former chairwoman, Anja Profozić Žužić from Proper Events and Research, will stay on as a mentor and an advisory board member.
Their powers combined give us probably the best, most valuable, and fun industry event in this corner of the world.
Mirela Gašpar, Event Manager
With an extensive background in event management and a focus on meetings and travel services, Mirela brings over 25 years of experience to her role as a Event Manager at Best Stay.
Her exceptional expertise, which earned her the prestigious award for the best professional congress performance in Croatia in 2017, has been recognized by the Croatian Meeting Professionals Association, where she holds membership and the CCMEP certificate.
Mirela's unwavering dedication to incorporating innovative technology and sustainable practices reflects her commitment to providing memorable and eco-friendly conference experiences.
Luka Vrančić, Event Assistant
Luka is a driven and accomplished 4th-year bachelor's student in the management of sustainable development at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija.
Throughout his academic journey, Luka has demonstrated remarkable leadership skills and a genuine commitment to making a difference.
Currently serving as the President of the Student Council and Vice President of the Eco Council, Luka has actively engaged with his peers to promote sustainable practices and environmental consciousness within the university community.
Zoran Djukanovic, Event Production Desiner
Zoran is a travel industry professional, who boasts nearly 25 years of experience.
His diverse skill set spans fair organization, entrepreneurial ventures, media relations, and international exposure.
Notably, he excels in fine details and design. Zoran's career has revolved around creating impactful events and founding innovative projects, as well as forging strong ties with tourism media.
Today, he channels his knowledge into business forensics, offering sustainable solutions to the travel and hospitality sector.

The Best Stay conference is an exclusive event open only to registered participants. Your attendee registration gives you full access to the Best Stay program, all educational content, lunch, and other meals during the breaks, and a chance to participate in all networking activities.
If you are a buyer it gives you access to pre-arranged meetings with other hoteliers you wish to meet, as well as our sponsors and exhibitors.

If you’d like to take part as a sponsor or exhibitor, contact us by using the form below for more information about sponsorship or exhibition packages, which would then include your conference tickets for a certain number of attendees from your company.

You can book accommodation directly with Hotel Zonar at special discounted prices arranged only for Best Stay Event attendees.

Cancellations for Best Stay are allowed until 30 days before the event. After that, tickets are not refundable, however, substitutions (colleagues from the same company who attend in your place if you cannot attend) are allowed.
If you must cancel for any reason, please let us know by e-mail – info@magic4.club
The organizer holds the right to cancel the event, in which case all attendees will receive full refund.
