The organiser of Best Stay event (hereby Event) is Proper Events & Research (hereby the Organiser), Limited Company registered for event
production, consultancy services, travel agency (OIB: 15091068569, Primorje 50, 51222 Bakar, Croatia)

The organisers have the right to change the programme and are not responsible in the event that one or more of the speakers cancel their participation.

Please fill in the registration form. Within 48 hours you will receive an invoice with payment instructions. The funds should be paid within 8 days from the date of invoice, otherwise you will not be registered for the conference or have the right to participate. The price includes entry to the conference, lunch and other meals (as listed on the programme) and presentation materials from the conference. Accommodation is not included.

Upon payment, within 48 hours of receipt of the funds to the account of the Organisers, you will receive confirmation of payment. If the confirmation is not received within this period, please contact us by telephone on +385 51 580 730 or e-mail us at

If you wish to change a person’s name on an already purchased event pass, please contact us to by phone on +385 51 580 730 or e-mail Event passes can be cancelled up until September 10 with a service charge of 100 kn (€ 14), and in that case the rest of the funds will be transferred back to the attendee’s account. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after the September 10

All employees and business partners of the Organisers are responsible for respecting the data protection policy. Collection and processing of personal data includes forwarding of attendee’s personal data to third parties and companies in Croatia and abroad. Third parties are all physical entities and companies which are necessary for the realisation of contracted business. Attendee agrees that the Organisers, in accordance with the above conditions, uses personal and/or company data for two years after the expiry of the agreement. For visitors to Google Analytics is used for statistical purposes which provides insight into the number of visitors from sources such as pay-per-click network, e-mail marketing, display advertising, Internet search engines and more.

The Organisers may cancel all or any part of the Event for any reason beyond its reasonable control, in which case the Organisers will refund to the Client any fees already paid to the Organisers that have not yet been expended on behalf of the Client, after which the Client will have no further recourse against the Organisers. The Client agrees to fully comply with all applicable Croatian laws and Organisers’ rules and regulations.
The Client agrees with filming and photographing of the event, speaker promotion, logos, topics and other forms of promotion that can be used during the marketing campaign of the Event in this and any future years. The Client shall not organise professional photographers or video recording without the previous approval of the Organisers. Organisers have the obligation of securing the event space. The Organisers shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss of or damage to the person, property and effect of the Client or its representatives during the Event. Any potential conflicts between the Client and the Organiser will attempt to be resolved by agreement of both parties. Otherwise, the parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Rijeka.
