Best Stay event was invented, and is organised each year, by PROPER EVENTS AND RESEARCH – you can check out more information and our other projects on our website here. We have experience in producing events since 2007 all over the world, from New Zealand to the UK, including working on events which took place in London, Prague, Krakow, Istanbul, Budapest, Berlin, Barcelona, Johannesburg, Dallas, Dubai… We are based in Croatia and Best Stay is our main flagship event for the South-Eastern European region, focusing on creating the best possible guest experience as a key event for hotels in the region who want to reach the very top and stay there. Our events are informative, interactive and fun, based on quality research from the target audience, and the results can be seen through the feedback of our attendees. Best Stay event is made for hotel owners and managers, including facilities, project and commercial managers, hotel investors and developers, architects and interior designers, construction companies and suppliers, accommodation product suppliers (eg. furniture and bedding manufacturers, lightning), service suppliers in the tourism sector (travel agencies, marketing and design agencies), local government, tourism boards and associations and anyone else who cares about reaching a top quality standard and luxury in every aspect for their guests.
The conference is an exclusive event and only open to those who register for it. The prices and registration links are listed here. Your attendee registration means that you will have access to a full day programme, which includes: all educational content, presentation PDFs after the event, lunch and other meals during the conference breaks, attendance of the awards and Best Stay party on Day 1, and a chance to participate in all networking activities if you are a buyer (eg. speed networking and pre-arranged meetings with our partners, sponsors and exhibitors). Discounts are available for group bookings (3 or more attendees booking together from the same company).

You may cancel your participation in the Best Stay 2017 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy listed below.
Registration cancellations received by September 28 incur a €14 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after event. If you must cancel for any reason, notify us at email@example.com.
Cancellations received after September 28, are non-refundable for any reason. Substitutions are allowed up to 7 days prior to the event in order to give us enough time to update the badge.
