Best Stay event was invented, and is organised by PROPER EVENTS AND RESEARCH – you can check out more information and our other projects on our website here. We have experience in producing events since 2007 all over the world, from New Zealand to the UK, including working on events which took place in London, Prague, Krakow, Istanbul, Budapest, Berlin, Barcelona, Johannesburg, Dallas, Dubai… We are based in Croatia and Best Stay is our main flagship event for the South-Eastern European region, focusing on creating the best possible guest experience as a key event for hotels in the region who want to reach the very top and stay there. Our events are informative, interactive and fun, based on quality research from the target audience, and the results can be seen through the feedback of our attendees.

Lider Media has joined Best Stay event as a co-organiser in 2019 and will bring on board its business event organisation experience since 2007, as well as its well-respected expertise as a business weekly publisher and media outlet since 2005, to make Best Stay an even better event!

Fee & Payment

The conference is an exclusive event and only open to those who register for it. The prices and registration links are listed here. Your attendee registration means that you will have access to a full day programme, which includes: all educational content, presentation PDFs after the event, lunch and other meals during the conference breaks and a chance to participate in all networking activities if you are a buyer (eg. speed networking and pre-arranged meetings with our partners, sponsors and exhibitors). Discounts are available for group bookings (groups of 5 or more attendees have a special price).

You may cancel your participation in Best Stay 2019 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy:
Substitutions (colleagues from the same company who attend in your place if you are not able to) are allowed up to 7 days prior to the event in order to give us enough time to update the name badge.
Cancellations received by October 14 incur a 100kn (€14) administrative fee. Refunds will be issued within 8 days. Cancellations received after October 14 are non-refundable. If you must cancel for any reason, please let us know in writing by e-mailing us at or
