Cancellations for Best Stay are allowed until 30 days before the event. After that, tickets are not refundable, however substitutions (colleagues from the same company who attend in your place if you are not able to) are allowed. If you must cancel for any reason, please let us know by e-mail – info@magic4.club
The organiser holds the right to cancel the event, in which case all attendees will receive full refund.
